1. With woven fabrics:
Thermally ductile or foil-covered fabrics are used. This woven fabric is directly back foamed with PUR soft foam after deep drawing in the vacuum capable tool.

2. With foils or injection moulded components:
Here we use externally preformed, relatively rigid foil parts, which are inserted and back foamed into the foaming tool. These parts are usable in both cases without further treatment.

Seats for automotivesFoils of back foamed parts are mainly used in the automotive industry for instrument panels, covers and linings. Centre consoles and covers of cassette trays are manufactured with this procedure, both efficiently and economically.

The back foaming of woven fabrics is used in the chair furniture industry for seat and back elements. In the automotive industry head restraints and even whole seat systems are manufactured using this procedure.

Moulded back foamed parts are also found in the leisure industry (camping, fitness) and with impact-absorbing wall linings in gymnasiums.
