The married couple Charlotte und Reinhard Baur founded the company "Charlotte Baur - Kunststoffe". Foam flakes composites are produced in leased mechanical rooms in the family owned enterprise. |

The first employees are hired and the production is expanded to moulded soft foam. |

The "Charlotte Baur - Formschaumtechnik GmbH" emerges from the individual enterprise. First serial parts for the automotive industries are produced beside the moulded foam parts for the upholstered furniture industries. |

The new plant is built up in the first phase of construction. The volumes of serial orders increase from the different industry sectors but especially the automotive industries. |

The extension of the plant is necessary, because company’s expansion. Now we have ca. 4000 m² area for office, production and logistics available. Orders, turnaround and numbers of employees continue to increase. |

In three shifts we produce moulded polyurethane foam parts for our customers, mainly from the automotive industries. Our 80 employees produce circa 5,000,000 parts per year for nearly all automotive OEMs in Germany. |

Reinhard Baur sells the company. Dr. David Spitzer takes over the owner management. In the meantime, Baur Formschaumtechnik GmbH supplies its satisfied customers worldwide: ranging from South-, Middle- und North America over throughout Europe and China. |
